Susan Carson

Vice President
They say everything is bigger in Texas, and if you are talking about the size of Susan’s heart, it must be true. Susan has touched the lives of many pets in need of rescue in many ways, such as donating original paintings and proceeds from music performances. It is easy to see why animals and humans alike can’t get enough of Susan’s life spark.

A native Texan, Susan is proud to call Austin her birthplace. She is an active musician in the Dallas live music scene with her band Bandmates, a supporter of the arts and true advocate for animals. Susan’s background  has led her to enjoy her 26 year career at Southwest Gallery in Dallas.  Susan’s inspiration is contagious. She is grateful to be surrounded by 2 rescue dogs and a once feral  (now very domestic) cat of her own.

Proud to be with Rockin for Rescue, Susan offers all she has to help spread the word to others of how this foundation can help so many. Susan believes any help from others is appreciated, no matter how big or small the contribution. She knows how strong Lisa’s Mom, Dianne believed in Rockin For Rescue and wants to help carry
on her strength and determination for this great cause. With  music, art and rescue animals being Susan’s passion, she is a great addition to the Rockin For Rescue team.
